Who sees your information

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, confirm bookings with you, and coordinate your day with the licensed operators delivering it. Where a third-party operator delivers part of your tour (cruise, dunes), only the details that component requires are shared with that operator. Service providers storing or processing data on our behalf (hosting, email, the booking platform) handle it under their own privacy obligations.

Retention and rights

How long, and your choices

Enquiry and booking records are kept only as long as needed to deliver your tour and meet legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion (subject to those legal obligations) — use the contact page.

The Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) apply to our handling of your personal information. If you believe we have mishandled it, tell us first — we fix what we can fix directly.
