How It Works
Enquiry to ocean in four steps — here is exactly what happens.
From hello to ocean
Four steps, no surprises
01
EnquireYou tell us the date and the group. We reply same day with availability and honest options.
Enquiries run through the contact page. No bots, no drip campaigns — a person answers.
02
ConfirmWe lock the date, confirm pickup arrangements and send the day plan in writing.
The written plan includes the full itinerary, the meeting point, what to bring, and cancellation terms before you pay.
03
Pickup & tour dayDepart Sydney early, cruise at nine, summit at noon, dunes by half two, oysters at golden hour.
Every stage has a named guide or operator. Nobody gets lost between stages.
04
Home by nightReturn to Sydney with salt hair and a full camera roll — normally by around 9pm.
If weather forces a change, we restructure the day or reschedule straight away.
The fine print, plainly
Weather, fitness and flexibility
- Weather: the marine park is kinder than the forecast suggests, but if the operators call it unsafe, the day moves — full rebooking, no admin games.
- Fitness: the Tomaree climb is a real 161-metre stairway. It is optional inside the day — the bay view is also magnificent from sea level.
- Groups: dates and structures flex for groups of six or more.
Operating detail to be confirmed with the tour operator — schedules, prices and pickup points are being finalised. Until then, use the enquiry page and we will confirm your day personally.
One day on this water will rewrite what "a day out" means.
