Booking
Dates, groups and payments
- How far ahead should we book? Weekdays usually fine inside a week; long weekends and school holidays — book early.
- Do you run private groups? Yes — groups of six or more get flexible dates and structure. Enquire.
- What about cancellations? Operator-dependent terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Weather calls are operator-made and safe.
On the day
Comfort, fitness, kids
- Is the Tomaree climb compulsory? No — it is one stop of the day. The foreshore walk is a worthy alternative for your group.
- What should we bring? Water, hat, windbreaker, reef-safe sunscreen, and closed shoes for the dunes. That plus one light bag per person.
- Are children welcome? The cruise and dunes are family staples; the summit stairs suit confident walkers. Age guidance at booking.
- Do dolphins show up every time? The residents live there year-round and most cruises find them — but wildlife is wildlife; no honest operator guarantees it.
- Where do we get picked up? Central Sydney pickup points — confirmed in writing with your booking.
